The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality assurance, and governance processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and third‑party contributions where applicable.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in project management across diverse industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (especially agile).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Foundational understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. through functional background in this domain) to understand how projects are structured and which challenges usually occur in these sorts of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g. Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in international or cross‑border projects.
