We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Entry-Level Service Manager with foundational experience with low-code application platforms, preferably Appian. This role is well-suited for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to coordinate service delivery activities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German is mandatory for daily customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end service delivery for low-code applications, primarily Appian-based solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Monitor application performance, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues to maintain service continuity.
- Assist in preparing service reports, operational documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
- Participate in regular customer meetings, providing clear updates and status reports in both German and English.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and information security requirements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and support teams to drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Foundational experience or exposure to low-code platforms (Appian preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
