Project Manager (Non IT)
Location: Edmonton, AB (Remote)
Pay Rate: CAD$90/Hr - CAD$100/Hr
Duration: Part-time
This is a senior-level, non-IT project management role requiring strong consulting, system thinking, and transformation experience in complex public-sector environments.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and PMP (or equivalent project management designation)
- 10+ years of direct non-IT project management experience
- 8+ years managing concurrent projects
- 5+ years in change management and organizational/service transformation
- Experience developing project charters, business cases, risk logs, dashboards, and executive briefings
- Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive relationship management experience
- Understanding of social determinants of health and system-level service barriers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
