Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Project Manager, available to candidates based in Switzerland only. The Project Manager will oversee the coordination, implementation, and progress tracking of ongoing and upcoming projects. This includes managing resources, ensuring timelines are met, and fostering clear communication among stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring project activities, addressing challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management with an ability to lead and coordinate project activities effectively
- Proven experience in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timeliness and progress of tasks
- Knowledge and experience in Inspection and Logistics Management processes
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with digital tools for project tracking and remote collaboration
- Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
