As demand for reliable, future-ready infrastructure grows, they're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of AC and DC charging installations across the country.

Role Overview:
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full life cycle of EV infrastructure projects – from planning and permitting through to commissioning and handover. You’ll manage internal teams, contractors, grid operators, and local authorities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of EV charging projects across public, commercial, and fleet locations
- Coordinate with network providers, utilities (e.g. EnBW, E.ON, local Stadtwerke), and subcontractors
- Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with German building and electrical codes
- Track project timelines, budgets, and risk – ensuring key milestones are met
- Work with civil, electrical, and site teams to deliver installations to a high standard
- Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and partner relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing infrastructure or energy projects in Germany (EV charging, renewables, utilities, or construction)
- Knowledge of German permitting, grid connection processes, and regulatory landscape
- Fluent German and professional-level English (required)
- Strong stakeholder management and project tracking skills
- Comfortable leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
