- ob Description:Project Tracking & Execution:
- Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and company goals.
- Utilizing project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday.com) to track tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports.
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential roadblocks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Supporting Agile and Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate efficient teamwork.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and concise communication across stakeholders, developers, and leadership.
- Developing and maintaining status reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep clients and senior leadership informed of project progress.
- Organizing and streamlining communication channels within a fast-paced environment to ensure alignment across multiple teams.
- Business Analysis:
- Analyzing existing business requirements and/or eliciting requirements for program/project development or implementation in Data Governance Platform.
- Creating process maps and workflow diagrams to demonstrate how proposed changes will enhance efficiency and drive better outcomes.
- Understanding or experience working in Data Governance and/or knowledge of data catalog, MDM, data quality or data lineage capabilities.
- 2+ years of client-facing project management and business analysis experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Demonstrated desire to go above and beyond and hunger to learn and grow
- Ability to navigate and manage in an environment with a high level of ambiguity and diverse partner group
- Exceptional ability to implement and evangelize use of project management structures (e.g., project plans, weekly status reports and meetings, prioritized issues resolution log, risk log including mitigation measures, transition plans, etc.)
- Ability to develop and translate business requirements into technical ones
- An interest in becoming part of a team who grow and share successes
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
