Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to drive execution across our various business verticals. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will serve as the primary operational lead responsible for translating brand strategy into completed projects. This is a high impact role designed for a professional who excels at organizing remote teams and ensuring that complex initiatives stay on track and within scope.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with the CMO to execute the strategic roadmap across all business units.
- Lead project lifecycles from initial kickoff through final delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across a remote workforce to ensure departmental alignment.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Manage project schedules and resource allocation to meet critical deadlines.
- Provide regular status reports and data driven updates to executive leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven ability to support executive level leadership in a fast paced environment.
- Deep proficiency with remote collaboration software such as Monday.com, Slack, and G Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow through.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different areas of a business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
