The Project Manager owns the planning and execution of ADVENTS projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and regulatory standards. This role is accountable for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and applying structured financial and operational analysis to drive successful project outcomes aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Plan and manage small to medium-sized single-discipline projects and large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and balance work across all teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead internal and external meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to align stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive progress.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure financial performance and delivery commitments are met.
- Analyze project financial performance, risks, and trends; partner with project controllers, business group leaders, and accounting teams to provide regular status updates and financial reviews.
- Identify, propose, and implement continual improvements to drive process efficiency, scalability, and innovation that enhance project delivery and business performance.
- Support the overall success of the organization and perform other related duties as requested by leadership.
- Plan and adapt with business growth and strategy, cross-training where necessary to support evolving project needs.
- Follow all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements applicable to the role.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, business, operations, medical, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred not required
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced or growth environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution through clear plans and accountability.
- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to assess financial, operational, and resource impacts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with high ownership and follow-through.
