Role Overview
As Project Manager – Defence Customer Projects, you will lead high-complexity programmes end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project lifecycles across engineering, procurement, testing and customer operations
- Serving as the main point of contact for military and government stakeholders
- Ensuring full delivery, contract compliance and security alignment
- Tracking milestones, risks and budgets, and driving corrective actions where needed
- Leading negotiations with partners, suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing documentation, reporting and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Ensuring adherence to defence standards, export controls and security protocols
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in the defence sector
- Experience working directly with military organisations
- Excellent leadership, communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to operate under pressure in high-stakes environments
- Fluency in German and English
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, though practical defence-sector experience is highly valued
