Project Manager – ServiceNow Implementation (12-Month Contract)
Remote (Germany-based candidates only, occasional travel to Essen)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex IT transformation projects? We’re looking for a highly capable professional to lead a major ServiceNow implementation programme for a high-profile client. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive real change within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation project
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risks across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) across geographies
- Engage and align key stakeholders—from operational leads to C-suite decision-makers
- Track progress and provide regular, clear reporting tailored to both business and IT audiences
- Navigate and resolve variances in scope, time, or cost with proactive mitigation
- Ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing between parallel projects and initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects, ideally involving ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of IT ecosystems: M365, Active Directory, Cloud, Applications, Data & Infrastructure
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working at executive level
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methods; Jira experience preferred
- Fluency in both German (native/C1) and English is essential
- Experience in IT service management (ITIL) and/or a consultancy background is a plus
- Confident communicator and problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
