Job Summary


The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, and ensures that project objectives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using formal change-control processes

  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

  • Ensure quality standards and project documentation are maintained

  • Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and post-project evaluations

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations




Requirements


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
