We are seeking experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile client engagement on a contract basis. The role is ideal for structured, process-driven professionals who thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and bring a disciplined, methodical approach to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery
- Drive adherence to PMI/PMBOK framework and project management best practices across all phases
- Collect, standardize, and document project requirements and business needs
- Manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders — including executives, business units, and offshore teams
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication across all project levels
- Maintain rigorous project documentation, reporting, and governance standards
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and drive resolution
- Coordinate and lead offshore team members across time zones effectively
Required Qualifications
- 16+ years of hands-on project management experience
- PMP certification (required)
- Deep expertise in PMI methodology and process frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with offshore/distributed teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to process and structure
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to be on-site at the client location 3–4 days per week
