- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or related operations is beneficial.
- Comfort with using digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and remote collaboration.
- Relevant education or professional experience in operations, supply chain, project management, or a related field is an advantage.
