About the role
This is a senior-level Project Manager position overseeing the full delivery lifecycle of “MySite,” a next-generation platform for managing wind parks. You’ll coordinate with global teams and vendors in a highly governed environment to launch one of the first products on a new digital foundation. This role is critical to optimizing operational costs and improving energy system control.
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of MySite through all lifecycle stages.
- Plan, manage, and track project execution using both agile and traditional methodologies.
- Coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and solution train engineers.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and governance standards, particularly PLM@Wind.
- Maintain up-to-date requirements documentation and verification plans.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and communicate progress clearly, even under pressure.
- Represent the project with professionalism, transparency, and resilience.
Must have skills.
- Availability to work within or close to European time zones, with flexibility on hours.
- 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to lead in regulated, governance-heavy environments.
- Familiarity with scaled agile delivery models (e.g., SAFe) and release trains.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Certifications such as PMI, IPMA B+, or Siemens R&D PM@Siemens (PM/SPM).
- Experience using project lifecycle governance tools (e.g., PLM@Wind).

Conditions
- Contractor role — 6-month contract, renewable.
- 100% Remote, primary time zone UTC+2, with a minimum of 8 hours overlap required.
