We are seeking a highly organized, detail‐oriented Software Implementation Project Manager to lead end‐to‐end deployment of our software solutions for clients. This role is responsible for project planning, execution, communication, and ensuring successful adoption of the software within client environments. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, exceptional client‐facing skills, and proven experience managing software implementation projects.

• Lead the full lifecycle of software implementation projects—from kickoff to go‐live and post‐deployment support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‐functional teams including engineering, product, support, and customer success.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into implementation tasks.
• Provide clear and professional communication on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and successful implementation outcomes.

• Oversee system configuration, data migration, integration activities, and environment readiness.
• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Validate software functionality against requirements and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support change management efforts, including training and enablement materials for end users.

• Document implementation processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, templates, and project management standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience managing software implementation or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integrations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP, CSM, or similar certification.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise software deployments.
• Technical skills such as SQL, API familiarity, or data mapping experience.
