About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and embedded systems projects from early definition through validation and production readiness. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure technical and operational alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex semiconductor or embedded product development projects.
  • Define project scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Coordinate engineering teams across hardware, software, validation, and operations.
  • Track risks, dependencies, quality issues, and delivery progress.
  • Support products from concept through validation and production readiness.
  • Align technical teams with product and business objectives.
  • Coordinate external suppliers, technology partners, and service providers.
  • Ensure project documentation and reporting remain accurate and current.
  • Escalate delivery risks and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Communicate project status clearly to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems.
  • Experience leading complex technical products through multiple development phases.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of project planning, budget management, risk control, and product industrialisation.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Availability to work fully on-site in Switzerland
