We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager (Junior / Associate) to support the planning and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who enjoy coordinating people, timelines, and deliverables, and who want to grow their project management skills in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects across teams
  • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate meetings, project updates, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
  • Support senior project managers in reporting and process improvements
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Experience Level

  • Junior / Associate (0–2+ years)
  • Internship experience, academic projects, or coordination roles are welcome

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
