We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager (Junior / Associate) to support the planning and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who enjoy coordinating people, timelines, and deliverables, and who want to grow their project management skills in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects across teams
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate meetings, project updates, and follow-up actions
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Support senior project managers in reporting and process improvements
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Experience Level
- Junior / Associate (0–2+ years)
- Internship experience, academic projects, or coordination roles are welcome
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Fluent in English
- Based in Spain with the legal right to work full-time
