About the Internship
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about managing creative projects? Realdini Studios is looking for a Project Manager Intern to support the production of our next-gen, AI-powered multiplayer shooter game. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic game development team—coordinating timelines, facilitating communication, and ensuring that creative and technical teams stay aligned throughout the production process.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of project timelines, sprint goals, and development milestones using ClickUp.
- Facilitate team meetings, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to keep everyone on track.
- Coordinate workflows across teams—ensuring artists, developers, AI specialists, and designers stay aligned and productive.
- Communicate regularly using Slack, share progress updates, and raise blockers or risks early.
- Collaborate with all teams using shared tools like Miro for planning/visual collaboration and GitHub for version control tracking.
- Help document decisions, update schedules, and support a smooth and efficient development process.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to keep multiple teams focused and informed.
- A proactive mindset with great attention to detail and time management.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- General understanding of how creative and technical pipelines function in game development.
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum workflows.
- Experience working with tools like Miro for planning and GitHub for development workflows.
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine.
- Prior experience leading or organizing group projects, especially in creative or technical domains.
