Location: Remote (CST hours)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Contract: 12 months (Potential for conversion based on performance)

Pay Rate: $30-35/hr

Travel: Minimal (1-2 times per year)

Overview

The Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) Specialist plays a critical role in supporting HCP marketing initiatives by building, authoring, and routing Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content. This is a hands-on content authoring role within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)—focused on assembling and orchestrating interactive visual aids (IVAs), not development.

This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented AEM content author with strong experience in Veeva CLM/iRep workflows and MLR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and author Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) within AEM, using pre-approved marketing content
• Ensure proper content orchestration and functionality within the CMS (no coding required)
• Route assets through the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process using Promomats/MLS
• Perform quality control (QC) and finalize materials in Veeva iRep for field deployment
• Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to update or refine design assets as needed
• Manage multiple IVA projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
• Maintain and optimize templates, components, and reusable assets across the enterprise
• Provide feedback and enhancement ideas to improve Veeva CLM content creation workflows
• Participate in cross-functional and agency feedback sessions
  
  

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - specifically content authoring (not development)
• Veeva CLM / iRep - building and deploying IVAs
• Veeva CRM
• Strong understanding of the MLR review process and asset routing via Promomats/MLS
• Background in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end IVA creation and deployment
• Experience working within a CMS-driven environment (no HTML/CSS required)
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and content accuracy skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma for reviewing or collaborating on design assets (highly preferred)
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
• Experience working with digital marketing or interactive agencies
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Sitecore) in combination with strong Veeva CLM experience
