Role Responsibilities
- Design occupation-specific questions and scenarios related to construction supervision to support AI training and evaluation.
- Translate real-world supervisory workflows into structured, realistic problem statements.
- Apply practical knowledge of construction site operations, safety coordination, scheduling, and workforce oversight.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, realism, and alignment with construction supervision practices.
- Clearly document decision-making logic, workflows, and edge cases encountered in supervisory roles.
- Strong experience working as a First-Line Supervisor of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers.
- Strong understanding of construction site coordination, crew supervision, task sequencing, and safety practices.
- Ability to articulate operational judgment and supervisory reasoning in clear written form.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
