Project Manager + Client Onboarding Specialist


Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor


We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Project Manager who is also a people-person. This role is 50% internal project management and 50% client onboarding support.

You will be the person who makes sure our internal team is always aligned, tasks are assigned correctly, deadlines are hit, and nothing slips through the cracks. You will also be one of the first contact points new clients interact with — guiding them through onboarding, gathering required information, and building a positive first impression and relationship.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Internal Project Management


  • Manage daily task assignments inside ClickUp
  • Ensure tasks are properly scoped, scheduled, and updated by the tea
  • Follow up on task completion and hold team members accountable to deadlines
  • Keep workflows, statuses, and pipelines organized and accurate
  • Identify bottlenecks and escalate areas where timelines are at risk
  • Build out SOPs and internal documentation as needed
  •  Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure workflows are followed and projects move through each stage efficiently.


Client Onboarding & Relationship Support


  • Welcome new clients and lead them through the onboarding journey
  • Collect required assets, logins, brand materials, etc.
  • Ask the right questions to ensure the team has all information needed for launch
  • Maintain professional, positive communication to build trust early on
  • Schedule and host onboarding calls when necessary

  • Experience in ClickUp (this is a big plus and preferred)
