Position: Project Management Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $63 - $119/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries.
- Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data-rich examples for AI model enhancement.
- Guide technical staff and serve as a client-facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Articulate the nuances of effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
- Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and practical value.
Requirements
- Have proven experience in end-to-end project management across various industries and project scales.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts.
- Demonstrate success in team management and guiding cross-functional groups.
- Have strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management.
- Have expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes.
