Position: Project Developer – Onshore Wind

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Project Developer to join a growing team focused on the development of onshore wind projects. This role will support the full lifecycle of wind energy development — from site identification and permitting through to pre-construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new onshore wind project opportunities.
- Lead landowner engagement and secure land agreements.
- Manage permitting processes and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Oversee environmental and technical assessments in collaboration with consultants.
- Support internal approvals, budgeting, and project planning processes.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and finance teams.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in renewable energy project development, ideally in onshore wind.
- Strong understanding of permitting, grid, and land acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a structured and delivery-focused approach.
