What You’ll Do
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale PC refresh program (~1,250 laptops). This role will act as a bridge between IT, Help Desk, and Procurement, ensuring accurate tracking, coordination, and completion of device lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Track and validate laptop inventory line-by-line using spreadsheets
- Coordinate across IT, Help Desk, and Procurement teams
- Monitor progress of device refresh and migrations
- Ensure proper asset handling (deployment, recycling, decommissioning)
- Communicate updates to stakeholders via email
- Participate in regular standups and keep tasks on track
- 1–3 years of Project Coordinator or Junior PM experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel), and ServiceNow experience
