WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our VP of Land Development and Project Managers to support execution across a variety of high-end real estate developments across the US and Canada. You’ll be instrumental in coordinating vendors, tracking documentation, managing logistics schedules, and keeping teams aligned and on task. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in dynamic, field-influenced environments and is passionate about supporting large-scale construction efforts with precision and urgency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support VP of Land Development and Project Managers in coordinating schedules, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track and update project documentation including permits, contracts, field reports, and inspection records
- Manage communication between contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Schedule material deliveries, inspections, and travel/logistics for site teams
- Call vendors and service providers to request quotes, confirm pricing, and gather lead times for materials or services
- Compile weekly project updates with photos, budget notes, and milestone progress
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice review, and vendor follow-up
- Monitor project management platforms and ensure data accuracy and completion
- Escalate delays, field issues, or document discrepancies to the Project Manager
- Prepare meeting agendas and notes for field check-ins and leadership updates
- Provide occasional administrative support for personal tasks or logistics related to travel, scheduling, or one-off project needs
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3–4 years in construction project coordination, land development, project administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience working in high-expectation environments and with remote teams
- Familiarity with fieldwork contexts such as island, off-grid, or modular builds is a plus
- Proficiency with O365, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools
- Administrative experience managing permitting documentation, vendor files, invoices, and internal reporting processes
- Willingness to travel occasionally or work across remote time zones as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- PMP certification (or progress toward one) preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
A competitive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days. This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function, and pay.
