2. About the Opportunity:
The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of professional services by managing project logistics, schedules, communication, and documentation for U.S.-based clients. This entry-level position is designed for individuals early in their careers who have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The role works closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure projects are efficiently prepared, launched, tracked, and closed, maintaining a high-quality client experience.
3. Responsibilities:
• Create, schedule, and maintain project plans, timelines, and logistics for U.S. service engagements
• Prepare and facilitate project kickoff meetings; distribute notes and action items
• Track prerequisites and verify readiness of technical environments before project start
• Coordinate resources, availability, and scope details to support project readiness
• Act as primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycle
• Manage client expectations and provide regular status updates
• Document changes, progress, risks, and exceptions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Service Delivery leadership
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
• Assign engineering resources based on skills and scope
• Support time tracking to reflect progress and deliverables
• Identify potential follow-on service needs and refer opportunities to Sales
• Ensure project documentation complies with delivery processes and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows
• Support use of tools, templates, and operational best practices
4. Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to document work clearly and consistently
• Proven ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and follow-through
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable supporting U.S. clients and working within U.S. time zones
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM, or similar tools preferred
• General understanding of IT, networking, infrastructure, or cloud concepts preferred
• Exposure to SolarWinds or Cisco networking environments is a plus
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams is preferred
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
• This range complies with U.S. state-level pay transparency requirements
