Key Responsibilities
- Support governance frameworks by maintaining standardized processes, tools, and documentation
- Coordinate working groups, committees, and stakeholder meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups)
- Maintain and track governance artefacts including decisions, risks, actions, and issues
- Manage project documentation (ToRs, SOPs, workflows, templates, schedules)
- Support reporting cycles including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports
- Assist with financial, resource, and utilization tracking and basic analysis
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of resources and maintain contract records
- Ensure data accuracy across systems such as JIRA and shared repositories
- Collaborate with clinical teams, project managers, and leadership to ensure alignment
- Post-secondary education in a health-related field (or equivalent experience in digital health/CIS programs)
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination/support within complex environments
- Experience with:
- Project documentation (ToRs, SOPs, workflows, reports)
- Stakeholder coordination and meeting management
- Risk, issue, and action tracking
- Reporting and basic data analysis
- 2+ years experience in project planning and schedule management
- Availability to start as per project timeline
- Experience in healthcare or clinical transformation programs
- Strong project coordination in large, complex environments
- Experience with governance processes and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, JIRA, Teams, Zoom
- Experience with reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and data analysis
- Bilingual (English & French) preferred
- Training/certifications in Project Management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.)
- Location: Remote (with occasional travel to New Brunswick, Canada)
- Duration: Long-term contract (2 years + possible extensions)
