Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Project Coordinator (Remote in Canada) for an opportunity with a client located in Toronto, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records, trackers, and schedules to monitor progress, budgets, and change orders
  • Arrange and facilitate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and senior management to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate project resources, including tools, equipment, and personnel, to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist in the creation of project reports, presentations, and project closeout documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project administrative or coordination role is typically required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and project management software like Jira is common
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for remote work environments
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • CAPM or equivalent project management certifications are considered assets
  • Recent experience as a Project Control Officer or Project Coordinator
  • IT Infrastructure project experience (network engineering, server or data center migrations, storage migrations etc.)
  • Experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow skills
  • Can sit Fully Remote in Canada
  • Contract to end of October, can extend
  • 37.5 Hours per week
