We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Manager to join our asset management team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial projects, enjoy managing multiple tasks, and are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of asset management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate asset management projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with senior team members to plan and implement asset strategies
Assist in the development and execution of financial reports and analyses
Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure project goals are aligned
Communicate progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders
Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation
Support the team in the implementation of asset management initiatives and workflows
Monitor and report on asset performance, adjusting project plans as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Basic understanding of asset management and investment strategies
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus
