This entry-level role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional eager to develop project management and client coordination skills. The Project Coordinator will support marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and accurately. You will gather client requirements, facilitate communication across departments, and help deliver high-quality materials that support business growth. The role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and offers opportunities to build expertise in project management, marketing, and client services. Accountabilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns meet client objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and organize client-specific requests to prepare campaign details.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance marketing messaging and audience targeting.
  • Facilitate additional campaign requests and coordinate project deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, updates, and project progress.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates and resolve questions.
  • Proofread and review materials to ensure quality and adherence to client and company standards.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; one to two years of related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including professional email and telephone etiquette.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to handle client questions professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and document interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
