  • Maintain and organize project files, including drawing sets and internal documentation
  • Help establish and maintain Revit and CAD standards and project templates
  • Communicate drawing progress and coordinate with the Principal as needed

Construction Administration

  • Review submittals for accuracy and coordinate with the Principal prior to submission to the GC/builder
  • Perform site visits during construction to ensure work is progressing in alignment with the design intent and overall project schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture, with strong preference for high-end residential work
  • Licensure a plus
  • Strong proficiency in CAD
  • Working knowledge of Revit and experience with visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion and SketchUp also a plus

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Clear and professional communicator who works well within a small team
  • Thoughtful, flexible, and detail-oriented, with a good sense of humor
