Job Title: Project Administrator

Salary: £13 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)


Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-driven Project Administrator to join their team remotely. This role supports project managers and teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support project tasks, timelines, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and update project tracking systems
  • Schedule and attend project meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project support or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
