Accountabilities
- Lead and manage projects and programs across the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical experts, leadership, and field stakeholders to align objectives and execution.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, performance metrics, and progress reports.
- Deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, and recurring program communications to support decision-making.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Support strategic planning efforts and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise programs.
- Master’s degree or higher, with formal project management certification such as PMP.
- At least 5 years of experience planning, managing, and controlling complex projects or programs.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience supporting healthcare, biomedical engineering, or government programs is highly desirable.
