In this role, you will lead high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives that support healthcare technology management operations and national modernization efforts. You will manage complex programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and mission objectives. Working closely with technical teams, leadership, and field stakeholders, you will coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful public service initiatives while operating in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. You will play a central role in translating strategy into action, supporting large-scale transformation projects, and improving operational performance. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to navigate multiple priorities effectively.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage projects and programs across the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical experts, leadership, and field stakeholders to align objectives and execution.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, performance metrics, and progress reports.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, and recurring program communications to support decision-making.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Support strategic planning efforts and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise programs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher, with formal project management certification such as PMP.
  • At least 5 years of experience planning, managing, and controlling complex projects or programs.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, biomedical engineering, or government programs is highly desirable.
