Accountabilities
- Design and manage end-to-end education programs for mid-market and enterprise customers, aligned with onboarding, expansion, and long-term success.
- Develop high-impact, scalable educational content including linear courses, live and virtual training, and technical/product-focused articles.
- Deliver custom training sessions, adapting in real time to customer maturity, risk profile, and goals.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Premium Support teams to identify gaps, recurring challenges, and opportunities for enablement.
- Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of education programs on adoption, confidence, and customer outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor on education strategy, balancing bespoke customer needs with scalable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects from definition to execution, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- 5–6+ years of experience in upmarket customer education, customer success, enablement, or training.
- Experience in SaaS environments, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products.
- Proven ability to lead complex, strategic initiatives independently and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex topics clearly.
- Executive presence and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in high-stakes situations.
- Ability to balance customer empathy with business and scalability considerations.
- Experience facilitating live training sessions and managing unscripted questions effectively.
- Background in technical training, compliance, or risk-related domains.
- Experience building education programs from scratch or scaling existing programs significantly.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, content creation, or program delivery.
