This role is responsible for designing, building, and scaling an education program tailored for high-value, complex customers. You will create structured learning journeys that enable upmarket clients to confidently adopt and optimize sophisticated products, bridging customer success, support, and education. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, delivering both scalable content and bespoke training experiences. Success in this role comes from strong program management, executive presence, and the ability to translate customer complexity into clear, impactful educational initiatives. You will collaborate across internal teams to identify gaps, address recurring challenges, and ensure learning programs drive adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible, influential role that combines creativity, analysis, and operational rigor in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Accountabilities

  • Design and manage end-to-end education programs for mid-market and enterprise customers, aligned with onboarding, expansion, and long-term success.
  • Develop high-impact, scalable educational content including linear courses, live and virtual training, and technical/product-focused articles.
  • Deliver custom training sessions, adapting in real time to customer maturity, risk profile, and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Premium Support teams to identify gaps, recurring challenges, and opportunities for enablement.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of education programs on adoption, confidence, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on education strategy, balancing bespoke customer needs with scalable solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from definition to execution, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of experience in upmarket customer education, customer success, enablement, or training.
  • Experience in SaaS environments, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, strategic initiatives independently and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex topics clearly.
  • Executive presence and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in high-stakes situations.
  • Ability to balance customer empathy with business and scalability considerations.
  • Experience facilitating live training sessions and managing unscripted questions effectively.

  • Background in technical training, compliance, or risk-related domains.
  • Experience building education programs from scratch or scaling existing programs significantly.
