Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Program Managers to oversee complex, multi-project programs and deliver strategic business outcomes across Dutch and international operations. This remote role is perfect for proven leaders who excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Planning
- Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive program plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Create governance frameworks and reporting structures
Portfolio & Project Oversight
- Manage multiple interdependent projects ensuring alignment with program goals
- Monitor program progress, risks, and KPIs across all workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve inter-project dependencies
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with senior executives and key decision makers
- Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Manage expectations and facilitate decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record managing €5M+ complex programs
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Dutch (business level)
- Advanced Excel, MS Project, or similar PM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Dutch market with local business practices
- Agile/Scrum certification and hybrid methodology experience
- Background in tech, finance, or manufacturing sectors
- International program management experience
- Data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis expertise
