Reports to: Chief Product Officer


The Program Manager, Operations & Partnerships owns the execution and scaling of core operational programs across the business. This role is critical to removing operational burden from leadership while building standardized practices that allow the company to scale in a sustainable way.


This role spans internal programs and partner programs. While process documentation and strategy matter, this is an execution-first role responsible for maintaining daily operations while building the foundation for scale. You will operate across multiple parts of the business, taking ownership of key revenue-supporting workflows and ensuring they run efficiently, visibly, and predictably.


Core Responsibilities:


Operations & Program Execution

  • Own day-to-day execution of assigned operational programs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows without slowing execution.
  • Balance immediate operational needs with long-term scalability.
  • Act as the operational owner for both internal and partner-driven initiatives.


Merchant Application & Payments Operations

  • Understand, document, and manage merchant application flows across multiple processors and partner ISOs.
  • Own workflows from intake through submission, follow-ups, and approvals.
  • Build standardized processes that allow the application funnel to scale cleanly.


Partner Program Ownership

  • Own operational execution for assigned partner programs and related revenue streams.
  • Maintain accountability, performance tracking, and visibility.
  • Ensure partner-related workflows operate smoothly without leadership intervention.


Knowledge Management & Dcoumentation

  • Own the company wiki (Notion) as the single source of truth for SOPs, Playbooks, and Internal workflows.
  • Turn tribal knowledge into clear, usable documentation.
  • Ensure documentation matches actual execution and automation.


Team Enablement and Offshore Operations

  • Build onboarding documentation and SOPs for analysts and operational hires.
  • Establish teamwide SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage execution quality, throughput, and accountability.
  • Ensure offshore teams have clear instructions and success criteria.


What Success Looks Like


At 30 Days

  • You understand our operational workflows, partners, and merchant application flows.
  • You can independently execute and manage assigned programs.
  • Documentation begins consolidating into a clear source of truth.


At 60 Days

  • You own key operational programs with minimal oversight.
  • Leadership is no longer involved in daily execution.
  • Offshore teams operate with clear SLAs and accountability.


At 90 Days

  • Core workflows run without leadership intervention.
  • Programs are documented, measurable, and scalable.


Ideal Background

  • 3 to 5 years in operations, program management, or execution-focused roles.
  • Proven ability to own complex workflows end-to-end.
  • Strong execution skills paired with process and documentation discipline.
  • Experience working with offshore teams or external partners.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Payments, fintech, or agency experience is a plus but not required.
