Weβre looking for a highly organized and driven Program Manager to support the coordination and delivery of multiple related projects across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow into program and portfolio management while working in a remote-first environment.
π― Key Responsibilities- Support planning, coordination, and execution of programs made up of multiple projects
- Track program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate communication across project teams and stakeholders
- Prepare program status reports, summaries, and presentations
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed
- Support governance, documentation, and process consistency
- Assist with resource coordination and capacity planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program management practices
- Experience from internships, entry-level roles, or support positions in project coordination, operations, consulting, or related fields
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project/program management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Basic understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus)
- Based in Germany with legal right to work full-time
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
