We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, keeping initiatives on track, and learning how complex projects and programs are delivered in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional programs and initiatives
  • Track program timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Assist in maintaining program documentation, schedules, and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication across teams
  • Help ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
  • Support senior program or project managers with reporting and analysis
  • Identify process improvements and help implement best practices
  • Assist with change management and stakeholder communication
✅ Requirements

Experience Level

  • Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–2+ years)
  • Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant administrative / coordination roles are welcome

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of project or program management concepts is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Notion, or similar is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

General Requirements

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Spain with the legal right to work full-time
