We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, keeping initiatives on track, and learning how complex projects and programs are delivered in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional programs and initiatives
- Track program timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Assist in maintaining program documentation, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication across teams
- Help ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
- Support senior program or project managers with reporting and analysis
- Identify process improvements and help implement best practices
- Assist with change management and stakeholder communication
Experience Level
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–2+ years)
- Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant administrative / coordination roles are welcome
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of project or program management concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Notion, or similar is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Fluent in English
- Based in Spain with the legal right to work full-time
- Fully remote role within Spain
