You work closely with our service designers, business consultants, Salesforce consultants and our customers’ stakeholders, to jointly turn ideas into future proof solutions that deliver business and IT value. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Define and communicate the architecture vision & technical direction for a Salesforce-focused CRM landscape that aligns with enterprise architecture, business goals, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with service designers & business consultants to understand customer journeys and requirements, analyzing and overseeing current and future CRM architecture.
- Advise on solution direction & critical decisions across the entire CRM application landscape (including Salesforce and non-Salesforce technology).
- Work with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and Scrum teams to refine epics, features, and stories.
- Own solution designs for requirements crossing multiple Salesforce Clouds and impacting applications supporting CRM processes outside Salesforce.
- Ensure business and IT alignment, acting as a key liaison between various stakeholders, translating technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers.
- Support customers’ Enterprise/Domain architects and project teams with best practices around CRM & SF solutions, IT architecture, security, and integration.
- Drive conversations with C-suite & technical and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
ABOUT YOU

- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations in consulting or end-customer roles.
- Proven experience as a (senior) architect in customer-facing positions working with business and IT stakeholders.
- Familiarity with architectural methods like TOGAF & Agile Architecture and key areas of enterprise architecture such as requirements engineering, capability mapping, data modeling, integration, security, and (master) data management.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and/or Scaled Agile Framework.
- Ability to outline prescriptive solutions and recommend features and Salesforce products to solve complex problems.
- Thought leader ready to challenge the status quo and define a roadmap for the future.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with C-level, mid-level, and key decision-makers at our customers and internal/project teams.
