Salary- €65,000- €75,000

Are you the kind of planner who thrives on complexity, keeps production flowing under pressure, and enjoys being right at the heart of operations?

We are supporting a well‑established manufacturing organisation looking to strengthen their upstream production planning capability. This is a critical role owning short‑term production schedules, balancing demand, capacity, materials, and inventory in a fast‑moving industrial environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and aligning weekly production plans based on central demand inputs
  • Translating plans into process orders within SAP and tracking execution
  • Monitoring capacity, materials, tanks/silos, and manpower — and acting early if issues arise
  • Coordinating closely with logistics and procurement to manage inbound/outbound flows
  • Planning and ordering raw materials from suppliers
  • Owning key KPIs such as OTIF, inventory, costs, and asset efficiency
  • Supporting inventory counts and stock accuracy
  • Acting as cover for downstream planning when required

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership and visibility across the site.

What will make you a good fit

  • Background in production planning / scheduling within manufacturing
  • Several years’ experience in a comparable role
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (R/3)
  • High confidence in Excel and MS Office
  • Comfortable operating in high‑pressure, high‑volume environments
  • Clear, confident communicator able to work across functions
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Why consider this role?

  • High‑impact position at the centre of operations
  • Autonomy and accountability — you own the plan
  • Exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain decision‑making
  • Flexible contract options (permanent or fixed‑term)
  • Remote working model with close operational collaboration

Please note fluent German is required, alongside existing right to work in the EU – any applicants who do not meet this criteria cannot be considered unfortunately.
