Game Plan – How You'll Drive Impact
- Host athlete education sessions and participate in monthly rollout calls to foster deeper engagement and surface needs.
- Design and distribute an athlete listening survey through Gainsight to gather feedback on in-app experiences and educational content gaps.
- Identify athletes with compelling NIL stories—especially from D2 and underrepresented programs—and conduct interviews to amplify their voices.
- Develop peer-to-peer learning content, including testimonials, short-form videos, templates, and social media assets, for in-app use and platforms like YouTube.
- Own projects related to athlete engagement, such as a campus campaign, feedback initiative, or NIL awareness project.
- Enhance existing athlete-facing materials, ensuring relevance, clarity, and resonance across sports and experience levels.
- Help build and maintain a student-athlete focus group network to support ongoing product and education improvements.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, ideally with a focus in Communications, Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Interest and experience in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) topics, either personally or through work/academics.
- Experience as a student-athlete or close involvement with collegiate athletic programs is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Google Slides and confident in creating visually engaging presentations.
- Comfortable using and communicating through social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—especially when interacting with peers or student-athlete audiences.
- Passionate about athlete advocacy and improving the digital athlete experience.
- Experience organizing campus events, peer education, or running workshops.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects from concept to execution.
- Experience with athlete advocacy, digital storytelling, or content strategy.
- Exposure to tools like Gainsight, Canva, Adobe Express, or basic video editing software.
- Capable of synthesizing qualitative feedback into actionable insights.
- Empathy for the student-athlete experience.
- Confident communicator and natural connector.
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Possesses a “figure-it-out” mindset with an eagerness to solve problems independently.
