Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Strategy Contributor to support us in early exploratory phases. You will collaborate on shaping product hypotheses, value propositions, and early user journeys.
What you will work on:
• Help define product direction based on real user needs
• Support early concept mapping and prioritisation
• Contribute ideas for features, scenarios, and user flows
• Evaluate product decisions from a user and ethical perspective
What we’re looking for:
• Background in product strategy, product design, consulting, or innovation
• Ability to think in systems and translate problems into clear opportunities
• Comfort working in ambiguity (early-stage environment)
• Passion for women-focused innovation or workplace transformation
