About The Role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

We’re looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over a product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your feature.

About Our Hiring Sprint

We've compressed our usual hiring process into a single fast-track. After you apply, a recruiter will walk you through how it works. You'll start with our Problem Solving interview, and if successful, you'll be invited to the Hiring Sprint on 26 June: Skills, Bar Raiser, and Team Fit interviews in one day. Successful candidates will receive an offer within 24 hours.

We're hiring across two tracks:

  • Product Owner (Technical) — for those who go deep into platforms, distributed systems, data, or ML, and partner closely with Engineering on architecture and delivery
  • Product Owner (UX) — for people who own end-to-end consumer-facing mobile experiences and obsess over UX and design craft

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company strategy
  • Driving impact based on data, market research, and customer insight
  • Owning your team's products from end to end, from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance
  • Partnering with Engineering on technical approach, requirements, and delivery
  • Working with Design and UX to define the customer journey and ship experiences customers love
  • Liaising with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Financial Crime, and Strategy

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Solid analytical acumen and business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
  • A track record of formulating product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience launching products from scratch
  • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an entrepreneurial drive to never settle

Technical track (additionally):

  • 2+ years working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, etc.)
  • High technical acumen and the ability to hold your own in deep technical discussions with engineers

UX track (additionally):

  • 2+ years leading consumer-facing mobile products
  • A strong eye for UX/UI and solid understanding of design best practices

Nice to have

  • A bachelor’s degree from a top university
