- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and execution.
- Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, ensuring that high-priority items are addressed with a clear understanding of business objectives.
- Analyze test results, user feedback, and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize data products.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7 - 9 years of professional experience, with a strong background in data product development and enhancement.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or related areas are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, particularly in IT or Data Development within the hospitality industry or a service-oriented sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software development processes, and digital technologies relevant to hospitality.
- Experience with enterprise platforms and hospitality-specific technologies, such as property management systems, booking engines, and guest experience platforms.
- Solid experience working within agile frameworks, with the ability to lead agile teams and processes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess product performance, user needs, and market opportunities.
- Experience in leading internal teams and managing outsourcing partners.

- A one-year contract with a two-month probationary period in accordance with the Recreation Collective Agreement
- A salary between € 4253 and € 6076 gross per month on a full-time basis*.
- 25 vacation days for a full-time working week* If you work 40 hours per week you will build up 94 ATV hours

- Reimbursement of travel expenses of €0.23 per kilometer or a public transport allowance; Costs for travel by public transport are fully reimbursed on the basis of a season ticket.
