As a Product Owner & Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our product development and customer relations efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of product development initiatives from conception to delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing to define product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to drive product innovation and enhancements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives to optimize product performance and market penetration. Work closely with senior management to align product strategies with company objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles within the fintech industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in both English and German languages (written and verbal) is essential.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is preferred.
