What you’ll do
- Own and manage our Notion workspace and internal systems
- Turn ideas into structured workflows, tasks, and project plans
- Track execution across product, tech, and drops
- Run weekly planning, check-ins, and follow-ups
- Keep teams aligned and accountable
- Improve internal processes over time
Who you are
- 2–5 years in startups, product ops, or project management
- Strong with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Fast-moving, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Clear communicator who simplifies complexity
