Our client in the fintech space is seeking a fulltime/permanent Product Strategy & Operations Lead to partner with senior product and engineering leadership to drive strategic planning and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Alignment: Partner with senior leaders to drive quarterly planning, translate business priorities into actionable plans, and align product and engineering investments with strategy.
- Execution & Operational Cadence: Own and improve operating rhythms (planning cycles, leadership reviews, KPI tracking, retrospectives), frameworks for prioritization, risk visibility, and execution follow-through.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between product, engineering, GTM, and support functions to ensure initiatives move smoothly from concept to customer impact.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, initiative trackers, and progress summaries to drive visibility and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, clarity, velocity, and organizational effectiveness across teams.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years in strategy consulting, product operations, technical program management, business operations, or similar roles in B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to run strategic and operational processes (planning, OKRs, KPIs) and translate complex priorities into structured initiatives.
- Strong ability to engage and align stakeholders across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical thinking, and comfort influencing at senior levels.
- Skilled in establishing cadence, tracking dependencies, and improving operational processes.
