- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs
- Monitor international standards and translate them into product requirements and sales strategies
- Formulate Product Marketing Plans, including value propositions and launch strategies
- Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and winning strategies
- Provide R&D input for product development, evolution, and new generations
- Develop promotional activities and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing communications team
- HBO degree in a technical field
- Experience within the Oil & Gas, Hydropower, or Water market sectors
- Additional knowledge in marketing, commercial strategy, and communication
- Proven experience with market analysis, product development, and business cases
