About Boxie

Boxie is a health care cat litter company focused on delivering high-performance solutions that protect the health and comfort of cats and their parents.

We create litter that is cleaner, safer, and more effective — using thoughtful ingredients and science-backed formulations designed to solve real problems, not just meet category standards. Every product is built to deliver consistency, reliability, and peace of mind.

Trusted by cat parents, vets, and retailers, Boxie is the one they come back to.

As we grow, we’re expanding beyond our core litter products into adjacent categories — continuing to raise the standard for what cat care should be.

About the Role

Boxie is looking for an execution-focused Product Manager to drive development and launch of initiatives across our cat litter portfolio and adjacent product categories.

You will own execution from concept through commercialization, turning product innovation plans into launched, in-market results. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and external suppliers to ensure product initiatives move efficiently and launch on time.

Responsibilities
  • Own execution of product initiatives from concept through commercialization
  • Translate product strategy into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Act as the central point of coordination across teams
  • Manage product specifications, documentation, and changes
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on spec, and to Boxie’s quality standards
  • Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
  • Monitor customer feedback and product performance
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, and product performance data to identify opportunities and drive product improvements
  • Support product improvements across formulation, packaging, and cost
  • Lead cross-functional launch readiness and execution
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years in product management, product development, or CPG operations
  • Experience with physical products, manufacturing, or supply chain
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Clear and effective communicator

Preferred:

  • Experience in pet products or consumer household goods
  • Experience working with suppliers or manufacturers
Success in This Role
  • Product initiatives launch on time and meet quality standards
  • Strong alignment across teams
  • Clear visibility into timelines and progress
  • Continuous improvement in product performance and execution
