The work you’ll do…
- Craft & refine the product vision: Transform high-level strategy into clear, customer-centric roadmaps and actionable plans
- Manage the lifecycle: Own backlogs, define well-scoped user stories and acceptance criteria, and align with stakeholders
- Lead agile delivery: Run sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives; work closely with engineers to ensure quality and speed
- Coordinate across teams: Serve as the glue between product, engineering, QA, design, and business units
- Track forward momentum: Monitor delivery progress, remove roadblocks, manage risk, and ensure commitments are met
- Optimize continuously: Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., adoption, conversion, retention), iterate based on real data
- Improve processes: Enhance how we ideate, build, deliver, and learn from our digital product
- Value realisation: Drive initiatives to customer adoption and measurable impact, not just delivery to production
